Please explain how the direct payment of $15.00 per acre saves anyone who farms on anything but the biggest of big scales. Goldman Sach will never own anything that has longterm returns as poor as farm ground. Even if you include the last major run up in ground its longterm returns are around 2.5 to 3 % .
