The good thing is it's relatively easy to check. The bad thing is there is no easy way to know if any damage has already been done without some dis-assembly.

I saw zero damage up above- cam/bearings/anything overhead which makes sense being the chips most likely sank to the bottom and in the main bearings they went.

I hope nobody else ever finds another like this but I can't help but think there were a batch of them.

Knowing what I know now. If I did find an engine to have one of these junk parts on it. My next step would be pulling no. 3 main and no. 2 rod caps to inspect since it appears they catch the most crap the way the galleys are routed.
