Central Missouri | Having worked at several Cargill plants in the early 90's, I can tell you that scales aren't immune to problems. Sometimes load cells go out and there are a myriad of other problems that occur. First off let the facility manager know. Then check on a certified scale as close to the facility as possible. Call the state weights and measures people and ask them to check. Weighing in and out on different scales is bad imo also. Work with the manager and see what you can get done. If the problem disappears ask them to adjust your old tickets. | |
