I was talking with a couple other exhibitors while moving in to the Vets Auditorium for the Iowa Power Farming Show on Monday and a common thread is that we are all going to need to start hiring some people. 

We have all been holding back hiring but can't hold much longer. These are mostly smaller, agriculturally-oriented businesses like my own but its a start.

Overall I think that is a good sign for the economy. Things may look a lot better when spring comes, the sun shines, the flowers start poking up and the corn gets in the ground... 

I've got a good feeling about spring.
