Sounds like one of the scales are out of calibration.
Are they all certified?
Have you tried circling around to the other scales at the port and comparing?
How close are you to a certified CAT scale? Might weigh one on a CAT scale and find out who is off. I wouldn't think much of 100# difference, 500 is a little excessive IMO.
