Call your local concrete guy and have him saw completely through across the full width of the slab on each side, and then divide that into four 7' long sections. Also have him drill four 1" holes in each piece to provide a way to lift. Find a contractor that has a couple of 4' sections of cutting edge you can use underneath for support, and a smaller loader should be able to lift each section out intact. Fill the crawlspace up with gravel, compacting it properly. If you marked the position of each section, and screed the gravel off well enough, you should be able to set each section back in just like it came out.
