If you have the Data Manager program for Windows, just open the CompactFlash card directory in the data manager, and it will know what to do.
In my case, I use Linux which won't run Data Manager, so I just zip the entire contents of the card into a .zip file, then go to More, Files in Ops Center and upload the archive. It should take no longer than 10 minutes for your info to appear in Maps this time of year. During peak seasons when every machine in the Midwest is running, it could take a lot longer.
