I have been watching a couple of those but not seen that 1st one. Never though of something just doing a bed swap-may be a good idea-could save a lot-especially if I can keep same hoist. That T370 would be a dream-but out of my pricerange.

I wouldn’t bed swap the first one, either fab up some grain sides or throw a slip tank on it and go.
