The probe at our local ethanol plant blows the previous sample back into the trailer as the sample is being taken from the truck. Works great and the people inside don't have to deal with the 5 gallon pails of left over corn.
I should mention that at this location you probe first and then pull ahead and weigh, so it all should even out in the end.
