How many bushels per year are we talking about?

I have ground anywhere from a couple thousand to over 10,000 bushels a year through a grinder mixer. The 10K + years were back when I had hogs.
Anyway, I have found that if you reduce the RPMS a bit, you don't make near the dust out of dry corn. I experimented with different screen sizes and RMPs and found running at a bit over half, with the larger screen I used to use when grinding hog feed works pretty well. Very little dust, and just a few whole kernels in the mix.

If you are talking a lot, maybe try an old tub grinder with a bent/rusted tub or shelled out tub drive. They make hoppers that fit over the mill for grinding. Works well for higher volume uses.
