| I run a battery fencer in the summer for some heifers (usually between 11-15 breeding size) and just use old batteries that are not really good enough for a tractor or car anymore and they last from 1-4 weeks, better batteries will last quite a bit longer) it is a 1(I think joule) battery fencer with no more fence the needed to give them enough grass for 1-2 weeks, sometimes a little more in order to get the juice to the paddock from where the fencer is to avoid having to move it too often.( No brush on it) | |
