Yes, this is referred to as the "Side Mount Moisture" sensor assembly. It can be used with all Ag Leader Yield monitors from the YM2000 to the present.

It does require cutting two holes in the clean grain elevator on most combines. The idea is that some grain leaves the UP side of the clean grain elevator and falls into the chamber where the moisture sensing fin is located. As the grain level builds it causes a proximity sensor to start a small auger that removes some of the grain from the bottom of the chamber and deposits it into the DOWN side of the clean grain elevator. Since the level of grain has been lowered, new grain enters the chamber. This is necessary so the moisture sensor is continually being done with new grain. If the auger did not remove some of the grain in the chamber, the moisture reading would not change since the same grain would remain in the chamber at all times.
