That connector is for All Wheel Steer kickout but can't be used by a footswitch to control AWS on/off. Its an input received from steering controllers telling the Hagie controllers to disable AWS as it wasn't able to be used when autosteer was engaged. In 2010 with Ag Leader that would have originally been be a ParaDyme system but SteerCommand or similar update kits should include a jumper from the steering controller that plugs into the AWS kickout port you found. Any of the precision components (Raven or Ag Leader) weren't included in the parts books those years of STS.
