Why are you scaling them ? Do you get pd on your weights ?
We always sort days ahead of loading
That way loading is quick n easy
When loading the nose i always shut a gate up top cause sometimes they are rascals getting them to go into the nose
We scale them because there's generally 120 head in the yard. Just pull the bigger ones out. How else do you get paid on cattle other than by the pound?
Due to yard space and building size we have to sort them when tthey get loaded.
I usually just shut the top divide gate but they bolted before I had a chance to get it unchained from the wall. This is the first time in probably 250 loads This has happened but from now on the rear gate will be shut | 
3am load out-hi ho hi ho-off to load we go
