If you go to Work Analyzer and check for 2023 Harvest does it say it found anything? Easiest way to see if you have any data in there or not for any field. 

Also, you still need to wait at least a bit after it says it's finished processing. That screen tells you when it's made its way to the JD system. Those servers still need to chug through the data to load what you're looking for. Could be a day in the heat of the season but should be faster now.
