Midwest | highline - 12/9/2023 21:00 I've had this happen lately several times. Try this, seems to work for me. -Close out of Apex and/or Backup & Restore app -Log into MJD in your preferred web browser, I typically use Chrome. -while logged in, open up Backup and Restore again
Yep, and it doesn't work your dealer can take that .jdbak file and send it to JD and they can do the upload to your Op Center if all else fails. I don't think dealers have the tool anymore.
If you have your backup file you're still ok for now. Just get it to JD support ASAP |
