| Just a couple things for you're "marketing plans"
Proposal to drop limits on income to 250K off farm/500K on farm AGI as top for eligibility (current 500/750).
Change payment limit to $30K from present $40K
20% cut in Market Access Program funding
25% cut in EQIP to $1.2B
CSP cut $1M and acres limit at 12m acres in 11 rather than 12.8m acres

Also note that USDA is "negotiating" with crop insurance companies on their earnings from sale of policies. Be interesting to see what the end result is and how it affects crop insurance availablility.
