If I understand correctly you want to sort rows of data by the "What" column. Simply select all three columns and sort by the "what" column and the results will be in alphabetical order. If the name of the "what" you want is say, pickle juice, all the rows containing pickle juice will be together and you can simply copy and paste those rows where you want.
