Just looking at general layout, I wonder if your dryer and wet bin should switch spots. Wouldn't need that long unload conveyor to get to the dry leg.
Going deeper, for costs, would one 250,000 bin be cheaper than three 80,000's? If you did that you could maybe have one receiving /wet leg and dry leg is taller, drops directly into that one big bin.
