The Mass Flow sensor is $1000 new.
If you want to keep the moisture sensor in case you sell, be sure to take the screws off the black side C covers and clean the interior very well. If the fines start to mold, it will corrode the aluminum, damage the bearing on the shaft and ruin the electronics eventually.
