How much cabling are you ripping out? I wouldn't go too far unless you plan on keeping it forever. Next owner may want it greenstar ready-ish yet.

The grain tank moisture sensor is somewhere around $2000 new if needing replaced. If it works (test plunger before taking out) I'd think you could get 1000?
