| Would that be the forcast that by the mid 90s there would be dryland corn in Dodge City? How about calling the end of a 9 month drought cycle for central Ks within a few days when it started? I guess if the commercial buyers use him for their market advice I will trust his testimony to the state legislature.
By the way... We started planting dryland corn in 94. Mr. Harris forcast it would take till 96 due to the increased rain cycle.
