Someone is terribly confused.
Mr. Harris made some forecasts in the 70's...do not recall them specifically, but I do recall mentioning the name, at that time, to the two weather consultants I used at that time & caused both to break into laughter. Neither offered any specific detail for the snickering but I drew my own conclusions.
