At 0.2 grade on a 4 inch main potential inflow is 31 gallons/min. On 1 acre, you will have about 1/4 of that. 24" DW holds about 24 gallons/ft for storage. Depending on what size and style of pump you go with would affect storage needed. For an on/off style pump at 25 gallons per minute would pump for about 20 minutes with 20 feet of 24". And then be off for about 35 minutes. This would depend on where you had your float levels set.
