SC NE | It used to be cheaper than the big names here but anymore it's just as expensive as anything else. I used to plant some 52VC91 but it's gone. A few years ago I stumbled on 41VC71 when I had to replant some hailed corn. Planted June 15 it made 140 on dryland. Next year I planted it in April and it made 140-160 dryland. They started moving it north for shorter season areas but got my hands on a few bags for next year. I wasn't terribly impressed with the other newer numbers I tried. | |
