in the Display itself will for sure shift it like #4.
I think I could get it shifted like #3 using QGIS.
I think you would need to export it to a USB then open it in QGIS and then copy that feature and shift it resave it and re import it back into the FMX.
I haven't done this exactly but should be able to do it this way.
