Like others have said try to go with PEX A and do expansion connections. I have done both and prefer to do the A. The fittings aren’t as restrictive because they are larger diameter and it is more flexible to make turns than PEX B. Tools cost more and supplies are a little more but I think it is worth it especially if you are worried about restrictions.


I would also vote for this, another name is "U-pinor" spelling is off. Allows for more flow. No crimp rings, just a tool to "stretch" the pex. It shrinks (on its own) over the fitting.
Search on youtube, pex A or U-pinor pex.
Be aware, nothing inter changes between the two pex, pipe is different, fittings different and so on.
