Central NC | I ran 3/4 for main line, 1/2” to each fixture, I hear some say use the plastic type L and T’s, you can get stainless, Milwaukee makes a battery powered crimper for pex but expensive, it works great and very quick, I have heard of you secure the pipe and it touches the joist that sometimes it squeaks
, but I haven’t experienced it, not a big fan of the cutoffs you see for pex as they seem cheap but only use them rarely, get the red and blue colors, 20 ft joints seemed ok, had a situation that new faucet didn’t put out any water, some kind of dirt dauber had built nest evidently in end of 20 ft joint, removed the fixture and clogged tighter than heck, run water thru pipes before you attach faucets if possible
