South Central MN | I'm considering re-plumbing my house this winter. Many of the lines are too small and so we have inadequate pressure to some bathrooms. I have no desire to learn to sweat copper well enough to use copper lines, and don't want to use shark bite fittings if possible. I have to look at my existing layout some more, but I'd hope to run home runs for all the major lines.
I'm seriously considering buying a pex tool and running the whole thing in pex. I'd be able to use it in my house, at our shop, and out at my hog barn for some projects I want to do in larger pipe sizes. Just curious what others have learned. Is there a specific brand to go with? Am I better off buying sticks instead of a roll for use in the house? | |
