I would have to do quite a bit of detective work to find out for sure, but I seem to recall one or two jerseys that calved late, after the bull was running with the cows, that settled as quickly as 10-11 days after calving. I also vaguely recall animals that settled exceptionally quickly then not settling at all the following year.
Ultra fast breed back.
