I would tend to agree. However there are two different things to adjust there. TLC (theoretical length of cut) is set by feed roll speed. That would give you that longer cut. Crop processor roll spacing determines how much the cob pieces and corn kernels get obliterated. Far as I am concerned, if the cob pieces are broken up and there are no kernels getting through undamaged the processor is set tight enough.
