Not likely.
A Deere Row Sense feeler is nothing more than two potentiometers with sticks on them to see how close the snouts are to the corn. It has a positive, negative and a signal wire going back to the AutoTrac controller where it reads the voltage (1-4.5v) and guides the combine based on the reading. You would still have to get a controller of some kind to read the signal.
