NS Canada | These are the same type of pumps used for filling tires with ballast. I bought one, but it's still sitting on the shelf yet.
They run them off wheel barrow compressors on the back of tire trucks, can't take that much air. But of course there are different sized ones. There was a nice one in the last richie bros sale here (4k $ new), but it took a big air supply.
Depends what sort of bellow material are in them too, for what you can pump with them.
