Hmm, a lot of those were made and still running. I would think a good old mechanic would have an answer. I know it isn't fun to remove the lift cylinder to repair it. Can you swap output hoses from tilt and lift ports? Can you remove a line and activate valve and see the oil flow....maybe some air in it? Collapsed inlet hose going from tank to pump?
