If you've got help, a pounder and lodgepole pine 4-5" X 8' posts spaced out 40'. There's a couple places in Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho that sell/load common carrier. If you've got deer, hunters, or trees it's the best cost/foot/time investment I've built. Use timeless for paddocks or rotational grazing.
