Drain of the oil and change it out/replace with new. It's going to take some pails..... the carburetor has been running over and the crankcase is full of gasoline.
You might just want to look into the transmission oil level as well because if the gasoline in the crankcase gets high enough it will migrate into the transmission via the clutch side seal.
Also check the primary reduction drive on the right side near the clutch. I drained a gallon of gas out of mine.
The automatic shut off in the sediment bowl is easy to rebuild with a kit .
