| Thanks guys. The three hybrids were Dekalb 66-18. Stone 6540 (Non GMO), and Epley 2500 (Non GMO). All corn was planted at 36,000. P and K VRT pretty aggressively. Banded 350 Ibs dry of 50/50 MESZ & Potash plus couple Ibs of Boron, Zinc, and Copper. Liquid starter on Planter plus biological and Capture LFR. Had upfront N and S preplant. Sidedressed at V3 with more N and S. Managed micros especially B, Zn, Mo, and Fe with foliar app with tissue sample guidance. Also fungicide & insecticide at R1. Tissue sample looked excellent only major limiting factor was Potassium and in this field it received 400 Ibs of Potash, the K's very low in this field that we're trying to build up. Expected the 66-18 to do well and it did. The Stone though is also some very good corn and almost half the price a bag less than the Dekalb. Epley's is cheap and performs well on some of our marginal ground where moisture is limiting factor. This was planted on some very wet bottom ground that is tiled and really the best place on our farm to push better hybrids especially 66-18 that did exceptionally well for us. I'll share a few pics.
