I've got a Gehl and it seems like if you run no screen you get full kernels and fines. I ended up doing like Buster50 said, kept getting bigger screens til it worked. I ended up using a 2" screen, but now use a roller mill most of the time. Now that you have a grinder you need to import a picker and you can sell ground ear corn.
