3 years corn, 1 year beans gives me a 10-15 bushel yield bump on the beans. Long rotation is the best way to lower populations, unless you want to apply a nematicide. Have had some success using Ilevo at the SDS rate. Enough to get a return 70% of the time.
The nematodes will adapt to Peking like they have other sources of resistance. Just a matter of time.
Have been managing for SCN for almost 30 years. Have pulled hundreds, if not thousands, of samples as part of a U of I study in the 90's when we first started seeing resistant beans.
