You would have to manually turn Glonass off in the Paradyme pages. I believe you would need to do this either before a leap second change or in a place where it can't get GPS signal (i.e. inside a metel roof barn) otherwise it could mess with the system.
So are paradymes going to be toast in the next 6 to 18 months?
