I'm surprised it works at 1mph
Make sure your fore/aft settings in equipment is perfect, height in StarFire settings is prefect and TCM cal is perfect (get away from buildings and do a couple of figure 8's after warm up but before TCM cal)
Would guess 3000 is having a hard sensing precise heading at that slow of a speed.
Not sure if newer model receivers would work better or not
