Ne Nebraska | That’s how I do all my stacking. Have mds spears, well made. It’s amazing how much better a loader can handle 2 bales with spears vs bucket and grapple, just by weight reduction of attachment. My old loader tractor was a 7420 with 741 self leveling loader. It wouldn’t lift 2 alfalfa bales very well with bucket and grapple, but handled fine with double spears. Now have a 6175r with 680 loader and that plays with two alfalfa bales. With a 6130m have a smaller frame but I’d say 2 grass or straw bales be fine on front. Start getting 2 one ton alfalfa bales up there id want a smooth field and not traveling too far! | |
