The Rs1 has slingshot built into it but only good for VZW. Not sure if that works over there. To tell if RTK unlocked go to the UT, select the Rs1 (icon that looks like a satellite and a bell) and somewhere in there should show unlocks. Unlikely it was unlocked for RTK in US. There is not much reason for us to use RTK corrections on a floater.
