I did some napkin math concerning fuel economy:
690 mile total range, of which 145 is EV only. So 545 miles of range on gas. The outgoing 1500 had a 23 gallon tank so assuming that carried over that figures about 24 mpg. So potentially not ground breaking fuel economy, but still good. At some point you just can't beat physics.
