By Rochester MN | AFter lifting, the hoist does not settle back down at all. But right at first when it is TRYING to lift, it will go up maybe 2-6", and then it will settle. But not once it is up. I think the hose I put on says 4000 psi. Cable is adjusted so that it is absolutely pushing and pulling till the very end of the travel of the valve. Also tried by hand from underneath. So not the cable at all.
