You could add the engine, speed reduction, and some 3pt hooks to your existing cart? Then you can set a spreader or sprayer into the 3pt hooks, connect the PTO, and away you go. It'd be pretty sweet to be able to set an 80 gallon 3pt hitch sprayer into the hooks and pull it with your quad or side by side.

Be wary of their engine setups and PTO direction. You can buy Honda engines with a 6:1 reduction gearbox attached for cement mixer use, which would be 600 RPM output and just about perfect, but it spins the opposite direction of a tractor PTO, but that doesn't matter for a pendulum spreader so they use them anyway.
