| Sold all mine for $2 live. That’s about 3.50 hanging. Grain finished, brother sells his grass finished the same price, they are just 4 months older.
I’d like to get more, but the processing is $800 on a 1350# calf. I’m selling to rural people not dealing with any people with lots of money.
This is off topic, but I had talked to guys here about feeding oats, my regulars have all called and said to keep doing whatever I did this time. My calves were all bigger, but not fatter externally. Marbling is really good without any excess fat.
