Use a mechanics push button starter switch that hooks to the starter. leave the key on. We use a snow shovel handle to work the throttle.
My 7060 we used the mechanics remote starter switch, tied the Pto in gear, and worked the on off and throttle position at the pump.
At one time AGCO made the PTO button that was mounted on the fender, but Osha made them stop. Those were set up with a soft start so one could leave the tractor run at operating speed.
One thing I saw was someone had rigged a kill switch to a flapper on the wagon spout. When the corn quit running the flapper dropped to the vertical position, shutting the engine off. | |
