cropsey, il 61731 | Wonder why it's not more accepted - seems to fit that we are in constant motion and unlikely to stabilize for very long if at all. Consider grain markets - while they may linger at the bottom and even a while at the top, they always seem to change - much more so these days that in the depression days. Perhaps the 'relative slowness' of the markets back in the 20's gave folks the impression that new plateaus would be established and be granite for years to come.
It's odd that current folks in charge of money in the administration don't see our economy has constantly dynamic with equilibrium an oddity. Perhaps it's there desire to make our economy less volatile and come to some sort of stable balance - usually happens when nobody has any money.
