It sucks, but can you take your old one and the A&I one both to a radiator shop and have the A&I lower neck matched to your old one? They can also measure your lower mounting brackets, if they are put on wrong, that could cause a lot of clearance issues too.

I know on my 4450 the fitment was not very good. I had to slot the lower mounting holes, drill new holes to bolt on the shroud, and grind some other minor things. Not an exact fit.

The last tractor I did was a 4050, I think I was able to get a "John Deere" radiator, it fit decent.
